Shipping Policy:

Our goal is to have the product to you within five to seven days of your purchase. All orders made by 3 p.m. Eastern on Monday through Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders made after 3 p.m. Eastern on weekends or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive e-mail confirmation and a tracking number for your order.

Return Policy:

All products that are used for hygiene purposes and / or are submerged in water cannot be returned if they have been used or have gotten wet. Please inspect all packages when they arrive for missing or defective parts. If a product is defective before use, we will replace the product at no charge to you. Please call us for a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to ship your product. Please do not send the product back without calling for a return authorization. The manufacturer will not accept the product without a return authorization. Products that are not damaged but are returned unused and with all original packaging are subject to return shipping costs and a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 20%, depending on the manufacturer.
